Documents that have to be presented when applying for the Qualification Exam<\/strong><\/p>\n

New Regulations:
\nStudents at the M.Sc. level:
\n – Form requesting the Qualification Exam;
\n – Form setting the date and time for the Qualification Exam;
\n – Model for the Cover of the Qualification Exam Research Report. <\/p>\n

Students at the Ph.D. level:
\n – Form requesting the Qualification Exam;
\n – Form setting the date and time for the Qualification Exam;<\/p>\n

Documents that have to be presented when requesting and depositing Additional Assessment at the Ph.D. level:<\/strong>
\n – Form setting the date and time for the Additional Assessment;
\n – Model for the Cover of the Research and Additional Assessment Report. <\/p>\n

Deadline for deposit by students that must do additional assessment<\/p>\n

Documents that have to be presented when depositing the M.Sc. Dissertation or the Ph.D. Thesis for students enrolled from September 09th, 2014.<\/strong>
\n– Presentation Kit for students enrolled under the new Regulations;
\n– Guidelines for drafting the Theses and Dissertations under the new Regulations (please follow the current ABNT Norms);
\n– Form to request for presentation of the M.Sc. Dissertation or Ph.D. Thesis \u2013 new Regulations;
\n– Consent to make the Thesis available to the public;
\n– Form setting the date and time for presentation of the M.Sc. Dissertation or Ph.D. Thesis;
\n– Model letter signed by the Supervisor stating that the candidate is apt to present the M.Sc. Dissertation or the Ph.D. Thesis;
\n– Model document stating that the Thesis should not be made available to the public;
\n– Model document to serve as proof of delivery of the revised version of the Dissertation or Thesis;
\n– Model for standardized Dissertation or Thesis cover;
\n– Standardization of PDF file names on the CD<\/p>\n
